MeetBrief is an AI-powered meeting assistant. When you connect your Google Calendar, MeetBrief identifies scheduled meetings, sends a bot to join and record meeting audio, generates a text transcript, and produces AI-powered summaries and action items.
Audio and video recordings are deleted immediately after transcription.
MeetBrief is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Zoom, Microsoft, or any other meeting provider.
By accessing or using MeetBrief ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are solely responsible for:
Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Some regions require all-party consent. MeetBrief is not responsible for legal consequences resulting from failure to obtain proper consent.
When you connect your Google account, you grant read-only access to Google Calendar events as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or the MeetBrief dashboard. Revoking access disables calendar-based scheduling.
The Service may impose:
Free plans are subject to usage caps. We reserve the right to restrict access, throttle excessive usage, or suspend accounts for abuse or misuse.
Paid plans (if introduced) may include higher limits. Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
MeetBrief uses automated systems and AI models to generate transcripts and summaries.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
You retain ownership of your meeting content. By using the Service, you grant MeetBrief a limited license to process your content solely for transcription, summary generation, and service functionality.
MeetBrief retains ownership of its software, branding, and technology.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetBrief shall not be liable for missed meetings, failed bot joins, incorrect transcripts, summaries, data loss beyond reasonable control, third-party outages, or indirect damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
The Service relies on third-party providers including Google, Clerk, Skribby, AI providers, and hosting infrastructure. We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by these providers.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. Upon termination, data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in India.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
